As P&S Business Brokers we undertake all steps of the sales process from the initial brief. We will prepare a full, written proposal for our clients to consider. This includes a thorough appraisal and valuation on the business. Following candid discussions an exclusive sale agreement is drawn up.
The process then includes the preparation of a comprehensive but weighted Information Memorandum, the use and signing of Confidentiality Agreements, design and placement of advertising, direct marketing where applicable, database searches, the screening and qualification of prospective purchasers, negotiation, assistance with due diligence and assistance with Sales Contracts.

We are not accountants or Lawyers however we call upon the assistance of strategic partners in those professions and project manage a process to assist our clients with risk analysis and mitigation, strategic development and presentation.
