David has a wealth of experience in business management, consulting and broking which he brings to the assistance of both business vendors and buyers.

Following over twenty years working with major multinational corporations in executive management positions, including Wimpey Construction (UK), Repco Manufacturing (Aust) and General Signal Corp (USA), he has had first hand operational involvement in major business development projects. This experience is supported by formal qualifications and a substantial career as a teacher and academic in the business environment. He is a published author in the field of business.

He commenced business consulting in 1995 and in that role he was frequently approached by referrers, mostly substantial accounting practices, to assist their clients in evaluating businesses for sale or purchase. Later it was identified he could assist directly in the broking process, helping business owners sell their businesses and analyse businesses for potential buyers.

David is qualified to act as a business broker, prepare business valuations and appraisals and is a business analyst. His analytical approach can assist clients sell businesses where others have failed.

A depth of marketing knowledge will assist in matching a buyer's needs to the strengths of a business.

David is married with one son. An avid football (VFL and Rugby Union) supporter, he enjoys spending time with his family, dogs, reading, cycling, and has a well equipped metalwork and fabrication workshop at home..
